Day of my 30 day weightlifting challenge

I was so bored with my weightlifting challenge today that I gave someone a piggyback ride. It was so much fun. I drank water. I been normally drinking a lot of peppermint tea and I will drink that today.



Believing in Yourself is not Enough

Before first started selling my art through Zazzle. I already had a cafes press shop. I was promoting my sister, and more of a customer than an artist. I was also promoting other zazzlers. I hadn't started using affiliates codes. I then started adding my own art. Many times I felt like giving up. If you feel you don't have the time then just use your art as passive income. But do not give in. Do not give up. Believing in yourself is not enough. You need a plan and a schedule. You can end up doing a lot of needless Busy work. I believe in effort but I used to spend 8 hours tweeting and got nowhere because I refused to automate and go by a schedule for the first few years. Twitter can be partially automated.

Mother’s day

A card would be nice and maybe have my husband cook would be a good idea. Normally my husband and I get each other elaborate mother’s day and father’s day gifts. We are moving next month to our first home. So I don't anything big and expensive. My husband likes to cook on the weekend. I requested his homemade cake and his hummus. I found I really love his homemade hummus.

Gifts for my Children

I bought two zazzle mugs with my girls names on it. I was planning to buy these after the move. I have been wanting these for months but zazzle had a sale I couldn't pass up. Thankful list

God, husband and my girls, family, spiritualty, art, good friends offline and on, hugs.

Changing Up Goals Many people do the whole goal thing wrong. They get into this whole New Year goal thing that they always fail at.

1. Have goals you can actually accomplish in a day trying out one new food, or to go to an art gallery.

2. Instead of some bold goal like weight loss how about a little one like buying a new water bottle or water filter.

3. Don’t make goals of anything you don’t want to really do.

4. Have 30 day challenge. You can do anything for a month. If you only want to buy your clothes at salvation army do a month challenge. 5. Make note of what you are thankful for.

6. A lot of people are wrong about putting yourself first. Love the people around you either your family made, born or chosen. The truth is people can’t learn to love themselves unless they learn to love others first. That doesn’t mean being a doormat; it means doing to others the way you wish to be treated.

7. Bad things can happen to your goals and to you even if you do everything right. While sometimes bad things happen are own fault sometimes it’s not.

8. Just creating a vision board of what you want isn’t going to help you. Jim Carrey wasn’t successful because he put a fake check in his wallet. He also worked hard.

9. Is your need for success keeping you from a truly fulfilling life? Is your want of something only because someone else wants it.

10. Learn to say no. A lot of happiness books tell you to say yes to everything but no doesn’t have to be negative. If you want to do art or hang out with your family instead of going clubbing say no.

11. look for miracles in the everyday this world is world of wonder, a world of art.

Christmas

Hope you all had a Happy and lovely Christmas. The day was just opening gifts. Watching my girls and my husband open up their gifts was joyous. I received more than I had wished for. The best gift was hanging out with my husband and girls. Grandma gave a book called the Princess and the Pig by Jonathan Emmett art by Poly Bernatene. While my girls love pretending princess the princess and the pig shows that sometimes being a princess isn’t such a great idea. They loved the toys, crafts, clothes, and just about everything. Grandma also gave me a lovely water color pencil art kit. I can also use it as an art Portfolio for my Zazzle products. I also received heartfelt thoughtful gifts from my husband.

I know blessed I am..... Thankful for family, God, art, games, food, hugs, spirit. My Art Homework mug

My Cool Gift List

My cool things List

I prefer People over things. I thought I'd make a list of gift ideas many are faves of mine. Some are art I just think is cool. My favorite things list is a bit different. Many of these items will be under $2 and the most expensive item will be $132.95

Also remember the age of the person who are giving too.

$2 dollars and under

Box of crayons what kind of crafts can you make with just cheapo crayons. Postcards from Itaya and Lou designs. I featured them so much I finally gave them space on my blog because I love their work. Carrots usually under $2 for a pound. I like these raw and uncooked. I am not a fan of cooked carots because it ruins the crunch. I will eat cooked carrots but not my thing.

99 cent Kindle ebooks. I have bought ebooks at 9.99 but a good indi non fiction book can make a good virtual stocking stuffer. Amazing Coin a great App for ipad just 99 cents teaches children about coins

Zazzle photo prints. I found out you can put abstract art on them. At the right size they are under $2 dollars. Make your own frames for these tiny arts. You can make them small so they will cost under a buck. $

$5 and under Elmer’s Boxed candy “Small” I give away the strawberry creams and eat most of the chocolate oranges out. It’s the only boxed candy that gives an ample supply of orange creams. Price varies on size. Used books from Amazon many great used books with shipping come to 4 a 5 dollars while cover quality can very I was able to so snag a rare 1938 book for my book collecting mother in law.

Tattooed by inky Pefume: This perfume can be found at dollar generall for under $5. Though some places sell it for more. It’s a fun sent.

A bag of charm blow pops. Gum and a sicker who doesn’t love that. A bag of dum dum’s. Cute mini suckers with an amazing selection of flavors. A Cadbury chocolate bar.

Mugs $25 and under Zazzle mugs run even cheaper if you hit a good sale. I love these because most of these are fully customizable. I was able to add names to Disney, and Barbie mugs last year.

Under $45 Sees Large Gold Fancy box of fine chocolates. Sees is some of the finest choclcote in the world.

$50 to $75 Family museum and zoo passes these are fun educational and can be used throughout the year.
